As a Teamlead in Svalbard, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results. Your main duties will include coordinating team activities, setting clear objectives and expectations, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to successfully complete project goals
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate team activities and delegate tasks effectively
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones within budget constraints
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain alignment on project progress

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
