IT Manager

The IT Manager will oversee all aspects of the information technology department, ensuring that the company's technology systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong technical background, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the company's technology systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Work with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in technology to recommend new solutions or upgrades to existing systems
- Manage IT budget and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and perform regular backups to safeguard company data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, system security, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving goals
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Experience in project management

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Os (flexible for remote work)

Country: Preference for local candidates but open to international candidates as well.
