Part-Time Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Os. As a Part-Time Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain filing systems and organize documents
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with payroll and budget management
- Create and maintain reports and spreadsheets
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Must have own visa for working in Os (non-negotiable)
