We are hiring a Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our organization's computer network and systems. Your main duties will include monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the security of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and services.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Implement security measures to protect the network from cyber threats.
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Configure user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
- Keep track of inventory for all network equipment.
- Stay up to date with new technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of security protocols (firewalls, VPNs).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills.

Salary: 1200$ per month

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. English proficiency is not required for this position.
