Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Triesen, Liechtenstein (Nepali Candidates Preferred)



We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Concierge to join our luxury hotel in Triesen, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nepali candidates are preferred for this position.

As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by assisting them with their needs and requests. This includes making reservations, arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions and activities, and ensuring that all guest inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.

In addition to your customer service duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the hotel lobby and common areas, as well as assisting with any administrative tasks as needed. You must have a strong attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the hotel, so flexibility is required. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

We welcome candidates without prior experience in the hospitality industry as we provide training to all new employees. However, previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
