We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients through online channels such as chat, email, and phone. Your main goal will be to ensure a positive experience for our clients by addressing their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels to provide information and assistance
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues or escalate them as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information to clients
- Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience by analyzing feedback and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Clairvaux, but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are eligible to work in France.
