Industrial Painter

Our company is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Dubrovnik. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to a variety of industrial structures and equipment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$. We welcome candidates of all nationalities and backgrounds who have the necessary skills and experience for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, priming, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and apply various types of paint and coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear while handling paint and chemicals
- Use proper techniques to achieve desired paint finish and ensure even coverage
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate painting projects
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and application techniques
- Familiarity with safety protocols for handling paints and chemicals
- Ability to read blueprints or specifications to determine painting requirements
- Attention to detail with strong color perception skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift heavy objects as needed
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with team members
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in industrial painting techniques
- Experience working at heights or in confined spaces
- Proficiency in using different types of painting tools such as sprayers, brushes, rollers
