Construction Project Manager

Our construction company in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in the city. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of each project on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Monitor project expenses and maintain budget control
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Lead regular meetings with team members to discuss progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national or have valid work permit in Egypt
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction management processes
- Extensive experience in budgeting and scheduling
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. English proficiency is not required for this role.
