We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within allocated funds
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specialized tasks or additional support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of professionals involved in construction projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
