We are hiring a Land Surveyor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to create maps, charts, and reports
- Work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate data is provided for project planning and design
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is implemented according to plans
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a land surveyor is an asset but not required
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software such as AutoCAD and GIS
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English
