Administrative Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Siauliai, Canada. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and assist with daily administrative tasks. This is an entry-level position and no prior experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Assisting with the planning and execution of company events
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred:
- Canadian nationality or valid work permit for Canada
- Previous experience in an administrative role
-Speaking proficiency in French
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday.
