As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces using specialized equipment and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial painting and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming as needed
- Mix and apply paint products according to specifications
- Use specialized equipment such as spray guns, rollers, and brushes to apply paint
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed while working with paints and chemicals
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial painting
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their application techniques
- Familiarity with safety precautions when working with paints and chemicals
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, lift heavy objects, etc.
- Good communication skills
