Job Title:Industrial Painter


Our painting company is looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnishes, and other coatings to various industrial surfaces including machinery, equipment, and structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applications from Indian nationals who have experience in the field and hold a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
- Select appropriate painting materials and tools for each job
- Apply paint or other coatings using various methods such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish
- Monitor drying times and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear proper protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial Painter
- Proficient in using various painting methods and tools
- Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings
- Ability to read blueprints or specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail with an eye for precision
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English (spoken) is preferred but not required
