As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other coatings to industrial structures such as buildings, bridges, and equipment. Your duties will include preparing surfaces for painting, mixing and applying paint according to specifications, and ensuring the proper use and maintenance of painting equipment. You may also be required to perform touch-ups and repairs on painted surfaces.

To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials. A steady hand and physical stamina are also important qualities for this position. Additionally, you must be able to follow safety guidelines and work well in a team setting.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed
