We are a boutique bakery located in Isa Town, Bahrain and we are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious pastries and desserts while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and other desserts according to recipes and customer orders
- Create new pastry items that reflect current trends and seasonal ingredients
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure all baked goods are of high quality, visually appealing, and meet food safety standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products and menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to create visually appealing desserts with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders at once while maintaining quality
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with other team members
- A degree or diploma in culinary arts is preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
