International Courier Coordinator

As an International Courier Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents to various international destinations. You will work closely with our team of couriers to ensure that all deliveries are made in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You must also have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule international deliveries
- Communicate with clients regarding delivery details and any delays or issues that may arise
- Monitor delivery progress and provide updates to clients as needed
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed for international shipments
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, expenses, and payments
- Adhere to safety protocols while driving and handling packages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in courier services is preferred but not required
