Housekeeping Assistant in Dubrovnik

Our luxury hotel in Dubrovnik is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing exceptional service. This role will primarily involve cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. The ideal candidate will have previous housekeeping experience, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobby, hallways, and restrooms
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to rooms or public areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Croatia (preferably Indian national)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Must have excellent attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be physically able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
