Sales Manager
We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales team and driving business growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team
- Create reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure overall business success
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote company products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of market trends and industry competition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel for business purposes
We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month along with bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Applicants must have their own visa or eligibility to work in Faisalabad.
