We are in search of a dynamic and driven Team Lead to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of freshers and ensuring they meet their targets and goals. Your role will involve providing guidance, training, and support to the team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of freshers in achieving their targets and goals
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Manage any conflicts or issues within the team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required

Salary: $1300 USD per month (Contract job without accommodation)
