Team Lead - Chelyabinsk, Russia

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees in our Chelyabinsk office. Your main duties will include overseeing the team's daily activities, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback to team members, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in a leadership position and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
