We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner through online channels.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing their accounts.
- Actively listen to customers' feedback and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers through online channels to promote our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software.

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Chelyabinsk (Indian candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
