Handyman (Indian)


As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial buildings. You will use your skills in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs to ensure that properties are well-maintained and in good working condition. This role is suitable for an Indian national with proficiency in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks or unclogging drains
- Repair or replace electrical fixtures and outlets as needed
- Complete carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, repairing doors, or building furniture
- Handle general repairs such as patching walls, painting, or replacing light bulbs
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Communicate with property managers to report any major issues or request additional support

Requirements:
- Indian national with legal authorization to work in Herzliya without the need for accommodation
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role preferred but not required (freshers welcome)
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools used for maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Salary:
Starting salary of $1000 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Contract Duration:
This is a contract job with the possibility of extension based on business needs.
