Job Title: Moderator (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are currently hiring a Moderator to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online platforms and communities to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and adheres to our company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review all user-generated content on various online platforms.
- Enforce community guidelines and take appropriate actions such as removing or editing posts that violate the guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to higher management when necessary.
- Identify emerging trends and topics within the community and provide insights to improve user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for community growth and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry news, trends, and best practices related to community management.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proven experience in community management or moderation is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and other digital channels.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with tact, patience, and empathy.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and social media analytics is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with other benefits. This position is open for all nationalities who are able to obtain their own visa.
