Merchandiser in Acre, Kenya



Our company is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Acre, Kenya. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to retailers and customers in the local market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit stores and maintain product displays in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor product availability and replenish stock as needed
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers to ensure product placement and promotion
- Participate in the development of marketing strategies for new products
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Collect sales data and report back to management on a regular basis
- Attend trade shows or events to showcase our products

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel within the local area on a regular basis
- Valid driver's license
