Merchandiser for Retail Stores in Acre, Israel



We are hiring a dynamic and driven Merchandiser to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail stores are visually appealing and well-stocked with our products. Your primary goal will be to increase sales by creating attractive displays and driving customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in Acre on a regular basis to assess inventory levels and replenish products as needed
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products and attract customers
- Monitor product placement and ensure that shelves are stocked with the correct quantity and variety of items
- Collaborate with store managers to understand their specific needs and tailor displays accordingly
- Ensure that all promotional materials are properly displayed and up-to-date
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Provide feedback to the sales team on customer needs and product performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with store managers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry

Salary: 1800$ per month

Preferred Nationality: Malayalee (Indian)

Language Requirement: Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Acre, Israel.
