Architecture Manager



An established architecture firm in Karachi is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee all phases of the project, including site visits and coordination with contractors and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Review architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure they meet building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and timelines
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Provide regular updates on project progress to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputable institution
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the architecture industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards a common goal
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, materials, construction methods, and sustainability practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
