Job Title: Skilled Carpenter for Construction Company in Alta, Norway

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our construction team in Alta, Norway. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to blueprints or specifications
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth lumber or other materials
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, or hardware
- Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment to ensure a safe work environment
- Collaborate with other carpenters and construction workers to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in construction sites
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including standing for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Biometric passport required for international travel
