Commercial Architect

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Utena. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and warehouses. Your duties will include collaborating with clients to understand their needs, creating detailed plans and blueprints, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with contractors and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as excellent design skills. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, contractors, and other team members. Additionally, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent design skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Utena (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
