Senior Commercial Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings, ensuring they meet the needs and specifications of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of architects and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial buildings
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with construction teams to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Review project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure they are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)
