We are a construction company seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating formwork structures that will hold concrete in place during the building process. Your main duties will include reading blueprints and schematics, measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork, and pouring and smoothing concrete. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in formwork construction and possess excellent carpentry skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine formwork specifications
- Measure and cut materials such as wood, metal, and plastic to required lengths
- Assemble formwork components using various tools including saws, hammers, drills, etc.
- Secure formwork in place using nails, screws, or bolts
- Pour concrete into prepared formwork structures
- Smooth and level concrete using hand or power tools
- Remove forms once concrete has set and clean up work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in formwork construction highly preferred
- Excellent carpentry skills with the ability to read blueprints and use various tools
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times
