Creative Art Director

As a Creative Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction and visual style of our projects. You will work closely with our team to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand and meet client objectives. This position requires a high level of creativity, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts for various projects, including advertising campaigns, social media content, and print materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of design across all projects
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance on design techniques and processes
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to ensure the highest level of creativity in all projects
- Develop project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on new ideas for projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proven track record in developing successful creative campaigns for various mediums
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of current design trends, techniques, and software updates
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- A portfolio showcasing your previous work

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Al-Khor (Preference for Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (Visa sponsorship available)
