Job Title: Carpenter
We are hiring a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures, such as frameworks, floors, and walls, using various hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting construction blueprints and collaborating with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, etc.
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures
- Collaborate with project managers to plan project timeline and materials needed
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating tools and machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in working with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members
