We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team in Dubrovnik, Croatia. As a Slinger, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials on construction sites using cranes or other heavy machinery.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect and ensure proper functioning of cranes and other equipment before use
- Communicate with crane operators to safely move materials to the desired location
- Rig and secure loads for transport using slings, chains, or other rigging equipment
- Signal crane operators to control movements of materials and equipment
- Use hand signals or radio communications to direct crane operators on site
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while handling materials and operating machinery
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger in construction or related field
- Knowledge of various types of cranes, rigging equipment, and their safe operation
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret load charts for lifting operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with the option for renewal based on performance.

Experience Required:
Previous experience as a Slinger is required for this position.
