A reputable construction company in Dubrovnik is seeking a skilled and experienced Slinger to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work well under pressure, and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with crane operators to safely move and position materials on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations
- Inspect slings and rigging equipment before use to ensure safety standards are met
- Signal crane operators using hand signals or radio communications
- Follow all health and safety regulations on site

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Knowledge of rigging techniques and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing in Dubrovnik.

Visa and Ticket:
We offer free visa sponsorship for our employees. However, candidates must arrange their own travel arrangements to Dubrovnik.
