Excavator Operator

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Bergen. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, move, and load materials. You must have at least 2 years of experience in operating excavators and hold a valid operator's license. A high level of physical fitness and hand-eye coordination is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig, load, and move materials such as earth, rock, and debris
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient movement of materials
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage to equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Excavator Operator
- Valid operator's license for operating heavy machinery
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and diagrams
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred:
- Experience operating other heavy machinery such as bulldozers or loaders
- Experience working on construction sites

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this position.
