Contract Construction Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager for a contract position in Sofia. As the Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage project budgets and make adjustments as needed
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams
