Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Sofia. Your duties will include planning, coordinating, and budgeting for projects, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing a team of construction workers and subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred. Fluency in English is required for this role. Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required. We welcome applications from all nationalities who are legally authorized to work in Sofia. Salary for this position is 1700$.
