Loader Operator


We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader Operator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites or in warehouses. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to move materials around job site
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance needs
- Monitor material levels and inform supervisor when supplies need replenishing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Salary: $1200/month
Nationality Preference: No strict requirement, but preference for Indian or Pakistani candidates.
