Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring progress and quality of work, managing budgets and timelines, and communicating with clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure it meets project specifications
- Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure they are met or exceeded
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all job sites
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors and manage their performance throughout the project
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings and interpret technical specifications
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project)
- Ability to make decisions under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
