Mason Supervisor

A reputable construction company in Ashdod is seeking an experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to high quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of masons, ensuring that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Train new team members on proper masonry techniques and safety procedures
- Collaborate with other supervisors and project managers to plan construction schedules and coordinate tasks
- Inspect completed work for quality control purposes and ensure it meets company standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about the project

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving project goals
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards while working under tight deadlines
- Effective communication skills in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Experience working on commercial or residential construction projects is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
