Waiter/Waitress - Dubai, UAE (Malayalee preferred)

We are a renowned restaurant in Dubai seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter or Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained dining area.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (English skills preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables
- Knowledge of different cuisines and beverages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations if needed
- Serve food and drinks accurately and efficiently
- Ensure customers' satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately following the restaurant's policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards
