Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Al-Rayyan
Our growing company is seeking an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Assist with data entry, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
- Help with event planning and coordination as needed
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills
This position does not require fluency in English, but basic communication skills are necessary. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with occasional overtime on weekends for events or special projects.
