Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Clairvaux. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, such as cleaning, maintenance, and inspections of buildings, structures, and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent climbing skills and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access work areas at heights
- Carry out cleaning, maintenance, and inspections of buildings, structures, and equipment
- Safely operate and maintain all equipment used for industrial alpinism
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial alpinism or a related field
- Valid certification in rope access techniques (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Strong climbing skills and physical fitness
- Ability to work in all weather conditions at various heights
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for working at heights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month

As this is a part-time position without accommodation provided, it is suitable for students or individuals with other employment. Applicants must have their own valid visa to work in Canada.
