Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and drive sales growth in Nizwa, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to achieve overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role as a Sales Manager or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
- Ability to travel within Nizwa as needed for client meetings or industry events
Salary:
1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
