Industrial Architect


We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, Kenya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for planning and designing industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring that they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site evaluations and surveys to gather information for design development
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Create detailed project plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee construction progress to ensure design specifications are being met
- Make necessary changes to design plans based on client feedback or budget constraints
- Research new materials and technologies to incorporate into designs
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Clairvaux, Kenya (preference for Kenyan nationals)
