Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company goals. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement in the company's products or services
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns and promotions
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching or training when needed
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production or finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the (Malayalees/Kenyans) market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- In-depth knowledge of (Malayalees/Kenyans) market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Akron
