We are in need of an experienced Baker to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a creative approach to creating delicious treats.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Creative skills for decorating baked goods
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with measurements
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this position.
