Skilled Handyman for Home Maintenance and Repairs in Os, Norway


We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repairs tasks for residential properties. This includes basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks as needed for residential properties
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and installations
- Perform basic electrical work such as changing light fixtures and outlets
- Repair or replace damaged or outdated carpentry including doors, windows, cabinets, etc.
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint or other finishes to maintain or improve the appearance of properties
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Must have own transportation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Trade school education in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry is preferred
- Previous experience working on residential properties is highly desired
