Concrete Worker

We are in need of an experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Kaunas. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and leveling concrete surfaces according to project specifications. This role requires physical strength and stamina as well as attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up necessary equipment and materials
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand tools or power equipment
- Apply finishing techniques such as coloring, stamping, or texturing
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding project progress

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working with concrete
- Physical strength and stamina
- Ability to read and interpret project plans
- Familiarity with different types of concrete and finishing techniques
- Attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
