Concrete Worker Trainer


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Trainer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a trainer, you will be responsible for training and supervising a team of Indian workers in the techniques and safety procedures for concrete work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and has a strong background in concrete work.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for Indian workers on various concrete work techniques such as pouring, finishing, and curing
- Train workers on safety procedures and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
- Supervise workers on job sites to ensure proper application of training techniques
- Provide feedback to workers on their progress and offer additional support or instruction as needed
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and worker progress
- Collaborate with project managers to identify areas for improvement in worker performance or processes
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in concrete work techniques to continuously improve training programs

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a concrete worker, preferably with experience in training or supervising others
- Strong knowledge of various concrete work techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to teach complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner
- Patient, supportive, and encouraging attitude towards trainees from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Accommodation will be provided

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania
